Gionee Elife E8 hands-on video leaked ahead of the launch

Gionee is going to launch Elife E8 this year and as per some rumors, the phone could get launched by the second week of June.

Many details about the phone has been leaked online previously, including specs and live images. However, this times, the phone has been spotted in a hands-on video which pretty much reveals everything about the phone.

As per the leaked hands-on video, the company will be using Google Now launcher for the phone and not its Amigo UI 3.0 which was unveiled along with Elife S7.

As of the leaked specs, the phone features a 6 inch display with 1440×2560 pixel resolution. It has a MediaTek MT6795 SoC with 2GHz octa-core CPU and PowerVR G6200 GPU with 3 GB RAM.

It has 32 GB internal storage and comes with a microSD card slot for further expansion. Running on Android 5.0 out-of-the-box, it is powered by a 3,250 mAh battery.

The E series smartphones from the company features great camera and it seems that E8 is no exception. The camera, as per the leak, is a 23 MP with dual tone LED flash and lossless zoom which could take image up to 100 MP. It also features an 8 MP secondary camera.
